Revive Community Health provides testing services (covid, flu) and vaccines for the Laveen and surrounding community at a mobile lab during predetermined scheduled days and during family events. In addition, Revive Community Health sponsors community engagement events. Customer service has consistently been responsive, friendly and proactive.
