Are vaccines required?

Vaccines are strongly recommended but will not be administered without your consent. However, vaccinations may be a requirement for school entry or an adjustment of refugee /immigration status.

Will translation services be available?

Yes! An interpreter will be available in your preferred language.

Can I get my results before my 2nd appointment?

No. All results will be provided on your 2nd visit.

Should I eat before my appointment?

Yes. Fasting is not needed for your lab work.

Is transportation provided?

If needed, we can help coordinate travel arrangements for your appointments.

Can this exam or testing be done at the pharmacy or urgent care?

No. Those facilities do not follow CDC guidelines and usually fail to meet requirements.

Will I have access to my medical records and test results after my appointment?

Yes. You can register on our patient portal for 24/7 access to your records.
